Technical Suppport engineer

Provided technical support on hardware and software related issues to remote sites. Installed switches/hubs and routers by using routing tables to maintain network efficiency. Successfully implemented new network infrastructures and maintained stability at a large scale. Managed various VLANs, IP addressing for various subnets, and also, managed application patches, data backup, security changes.
